✲ The add-on ‘Link Style’ broke earlier this year :'(
𝙎𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚𝙨
✲ The Styles are effectively substyles of Subtitle or Normal Text.
✲ The Styles are not effectively saved as ‘styles’ per se, but as sets of context properties used for applying and/or matching. One single change in the paragraph (not text) properties results in losing the ‘style’ for that paragraph, unless the change is restored.
✲ Custom formatting is encouraged; the respective resets are minimal.
✲ You may place the cursor where applicable, select within the paragraph, or select across paragraphs. Each will work correspondingly and according to the nature of the Style and the option described.
✲ This widget should be self-explanatory in practice.
✱ One constraint worth noting is that Reset Substyle will not apply to list items as it cannot be done fully. Advanced Docs Service is not involved for the time being.

✲ 469 hyperlinks across 176 pages filled with 1.5-spaced text and some images can be updated within 140~220 seconds. Process time on average: 2.6 hyperlinks/sec

Made simple:
①❱ Google Docs: Extensions (擴充功能) > Apps Script
②❱ Clear existing code, paste the following script, 💾 save, ▶️ run. (Script name optional.)
③❱ Get all the way through the authorisation: Review > Select your ℀ > Advanced > ‘Go to… (unsafe)’
④❱ Go back to the doc file and you’re good to go! ;-)
